  • Build a strong and solid practice as we explore the 7 key aspects of Warrior One such as grounded-ness, courage, and focus
  • Each day will be a brand new 30 minute session helping you build the pose from the base up for maximum strengthening and toning, flexibility and balance
  • Connect to the quality of the day with a new intention and inspiring journaling questions.

SESSIONS 8-14: WARRIOR TWO

  • Tone and tighten your legs, core (booty included!) and arms with this incredible pose and the next 7 brand new sessions 
  • Center yourself in presence and strength as we explore the 7 qualities of Warrior Two such as openness, power, and connection.
  • A new session and lesson each day will help you deepen your awareness and fine tune your focus for more calm, clarity and creativity throughout your day

SESSIONS 14-21: WARRIOR THREE

  • Strengthen your balance and momentum through the characteristics of Warrior Three such as authenticity, bravery, and willingness as you weave it all together and set the stage for the next leg of your journey
  • This incredible pose is amazing for boosting your balance and toning all your small stabilizing muscles for more steadiness, control, and strength

Hi, I'm Megan and I’m kind of obsessed with how much Yoga gives you all at once.

I mean if I can do something that helps me stay strong, feel happy, be grounded, and keep the CRAY CRAY at bay ALL AT ONCE why wouldn't I do it as often as possible? And so I do.

Not gonna lie, sometimes I just lay there and breathe and other times I go for it and weave in all sorts of moves to get my heart pumping and muscles fired up... no sleeping booty over here! 😉 

I am a personal trainer after all, so you know I love to throw that in there too! And since I’ve been doing this for 16 years you can bet I make it fun and help you get SO much of every session.
