"I absolutely love Vitality Wellness series 'Yoga at My Desk' it allows me to take care of my body in short 10 minute increments while I'm at work or at my computer desk at home. Super easy to use the program. Megan is great, she is enthusiastic and loving, always reminding us to stay within our pain free range and of course to breathe! I would highly recommend this to any office worker!!

As a personal trainer and yoga instructor with over 13 years of experience, I have worked with 100's of clients and students that have been dealing with the aches, pains and challenges of having to spend long hours at work seated.
As an entrepreneur and a writer, I spend a lot of time working on my computer and deal with tension in my neck and shoulders, pain in my upper back and brain fog that happen if I am not aware of my posture and taking frequent Yoga Breaks.
It breaks my heart to know that so many people are dealing with these problems on a daily basis when there is a powerful solution available to them: YOGA!
Yoga is such powerful tool that helps us on all levels: mental, physical, emotional and spiritual. The AMAZING thing is that it does all of this incredible work simultaneously!
This means that we can get lots of benefits in just a short amount of time because we are using our breath to focus our mind inwards on our body. Yoga gives us the opportunity to re-set and re-charge leaving us feeling relaxed, yet alert.
Since I work with a variety of people of all different backgrounds and abilities I have learnt that the best way to teach Yoga is with a lighthearted approach that makes fun and non-intimidating. I use this approach throughout this course to help you learn how to practice Yoga safely, confidently and regularly, AND have fun while doing it!
