Then you definitely should join us for the Warrior Workout Sessions on:

Thursday July 23rd @8am HST/ 11amPST/ 2pm EST and 

Tuesday July 28th @9am HST/ 12amPST/ 3pm EST 


Why is it called the WARRIOR workout? Because these sessions will help you feel strong, powerful, and ready to face any challenge that comes your way.

For me being a Warrior means: Being someone who is on a journey of constantly learning and evolving as they challenge themselves to live from a place of intention, courage, resilience, and strength!

And that is exactly what these energizing 60 minute sessions will do by fusing:

-Strength training exercises to help you feel stronger all over
-Yoga postures to boost your flexibility and balance
-Core exercises to help you walk taller with confidence
                                                           -Dance Breaks to keep you sweating and smiling

PLUS 100% of all donations raised for these 2 sessions will be donated to the HEALING JUSTICE FOUNDATION which is supporting BIPOC through the intense impacts of COVID and racial injustice.
