Hi, I'm Megan!
My journey with this work really started when my arms went numb. Yep you read that right, my arms were numb all the way from my fingers to my elbows.
Why? Honestly: because my posture sucked. The activities I was doing at the time meant my body was out of balance: too tight in some areas and sleepy not doing much in others.
But thankfully my quest for a solution got me out of pain and allowed me to combine my knowledge and experience as a both personal trainer and Yoga instructor. And in doing so, I learnt how to help people avoid that same issues as well as preventing other super common ones like: sleeping booty and tech neck (real things I promise!)
Now 15 years later, I've helped over a 1000 clients and students use the tools of Yoga and exercise to ward off the effects of sitting all day to stay strong, healthy, and energized. And I can't wait to help you do the same!
